However, we do have development offices in India where some of our developers are based and they will be able to access your details for design, development, coding and database maintenance purpose through secure access from India based computers through remote desktop sharing. We will retain your personal data from the time a work is confirmed with us until the service is rendered. (a) After the service is rendered your contact details including name, address, email address, and telephone number will be retained for a maximum period of 10 years.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
